Erica Nessen moved to Charlotte after graduating from East Carolina University in 1999. She worked in a neonatal intensive care unit for 18 years which she found quite rewarding. After having a little one of her own, full-time 12 hour shifts just did not work for her family.
Residing in Charlotte for decades in different communities and watching her city grow prepared Erica for a full-time career in real estate.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and anything outdoors; running, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking. Erica welcomes the opportunity to work with you and your family in discovering your new home.
