Kaitlan Rose Desoto

Kaitlan DeSoto was fostered through an educational background. Having earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Elementary Education, Kaitlan understands how rewarding it is to help others through her teaching experience. With her resourcefulness and desire to continually learn, she knows how to best meet the needs of her clients in a constantly changing real estate market. When unique situations arise, her empathy and negotiation skills help clients to make the transaction as smooth as possible, with the highest gain. Kaitlan strategically builds relationships with clients to achieve their greatest investment.

Expanding her real estate career with Reside Realty, Kaitlan devotes her time to listen to her clients and exceed their desires. Aside from working, Kaitlan loves hiking the picturesque mountains, trying out new recipes and spending time by the lake with her husband, Zander, and their dog, Nova.
