Buying a home or property is not only a financial transaction, it is a personal and often very intricate process. Having practiced real estate for 15 years, I understand the importance of focused assistance every step of the way.
Originally from Massachusetts and upstate New York, I began my career after graduating from Hamilton College in finance at Brown Brothers Harriman and John Hancock Funds in Boston. There I focused on International trading, Investor Relations, and Public Relations. Following several successful years, I relocated to Atlanta where I acquired my real estate license. Atlas Real Estate and my mentor, Norm Richie, provided an outstanding platform to launch my career and learn the intricacies of the industry. With Atlas, I focused primarily on land acquisition for home builders and other commercial projects.
After 14 years in Atlanta, my three sons and I relocated to Charlotte. Transitioning the family to a city where we knew no one required extensive research on schools, neighborhoods, churches, clubs, physicians, etc. The stress of relocating and finding your dream home can only be alleviated with someone who understands the importance of properly considering each and every facet of your move. My family has been in residential real estate for 40 years in both New York and Boston, so shifting my focus from commercial to residential real estate in Charlotte was the perfect opportunity to tap into a family passion. We found a wonderful neighborhood, a fantastic swim and tennis club, amazing schools, and a very special church within walking distance.
Charlotte is a big city with a small-town feel boasting incredible cuisine, national sports teams, outdoor trails, community sports leagues for all ages, and award-winning schools. Rest assured, our team at Reside Realty will assist in making your search for a new home seamless and enjoyable.
